Fischermann's Orchestra (Lucerne School of Music Cooperation)

With support from students at the Lucerne School of Music, the Fischermann's Orchestra from Lucerne appears from Thursday to Saturday in an unusual size. The 20-strong streetband will rehearse and stay in Stans for the three days and have several surprises in store for their evening concerts and processions. Influenced by Sun Ra Arkestra and John Zorn’s Masada, the orchestra mainly plays pieces composed by its own band members. The range of the Fischermann's music knows no boundaries. The main thing is that it is fresh!
