This is brass music with a rhythmic punch and a taste of the wide world. The Italian formation Banda Olifante clearly enjoy themselves as they jazz and groove through a repertoire that includes Southern Italian Banda melodies, Klezmer, New Orleans, Latin, and Afro while showing Arabian and Indian influences. A melting pot of bubbly, lively and sentimental sounds. The energetic brass and percussion band is led by the two Italian jazz veterans, Stefano Bertozzi and Massimo Eusebio.
